Well,

technically.. the money you spent, you've enjoyed it for 3 years, thats A LOT better than any electronic equipment I bought in my house(and cheaper).. yes, ANY.

Sorry if it sound like I'm flaming you, but nothing you can do at this point (except for making such thread of course), and whenever you feel mad, think about what I said in the 1st paragraph. Time to move on maybe?

And yes, I remember Gaile said something about the need to re roll all theother users as well. So thats, basically an impossible task. >_<

Anyway, sorry to hear that TC, but nothing you can do at this point.

By the sounds of it, you haven't REALLY been playing for 3 years or you'd better understand how things work.

What exactly did you do that got you hacked anyway?
People don't generally get hacked without leaving the "hacker" a doorway into their account.

There's little they can do for you, and i think it sucks. But i also think you blaming a company for someone else hacking you is stupid.

If they were able to reroll your account i'm sure they would have done so, im also sure that if this happened then a heap of idiots would take advantage of them in one way or another.

In closing, this thread wont help you..

Thats not true... The guild was actually deleted, and one of the [rawr] members remade the guild with the same name and tag. Ofcourse they invited all people back who were in the guild before it got deleted...

About the cape: Anet has explained that the cape trims are a manual process and therefore it was easy to restore [rawr]s cape.

you dumb to get hacked, some1 that wants to hack you needs to know both you email and your password, i think none will bother guessing your password which means that you gave it away to someone.

Also, why would Anet spend hours retrieving your account when they have better things to do?

I say anet needs to add to each character its own password if you want to delete a character that way only your stuff will get stolen and not character deleted.

Anet doesn't reroll anything be it guilds or charactors.

Use this as a live and learn situation and don't do what got you hacked in the first place.
